Diffinity RapidTip2 - Application Use
 
Diffinity RapidTip2 for PCR Purification with Polymerase Removal is optimized to purify a 50ul PCR sample to then use in a restriction digest or sequencing (eg, Big Dye) reactions.  The RapidTip2 removes dNTPs, primers, primer-dimers, and DNA polymerase.  We offer tips that are compatible with universal and Rainin LTS pipettes - so please enter the correct catalog number of the sample you want when you fill in the form below.  Learn more.

Diffinity RapidTip - Application Use

Diffinity RapidTip for PCR Purification prior to Sanger sequencing is currently optimized to purify a 10ul or 25ul PCR sample prior to a sequencing (eg, Big Dye) reaction.  This RapidTip removes dNTPs, primers, and primer-dimers. We offer tips that are compatible with universal and Rainin LTS pipettes - so please enter the correct catalog number of the sample you want when you fill in the form below.
